ned in the position by the approval of the supervising engineer. The soil-abandoned spot should be located outside the red line defining the using land. The abandoned mound should be neatly stacked. Its slope surface should be rammed. The gutter should be installed to stabilize the abandoned mound and to smoothen the drainage flow. As a result, the soil erosion caused by the rainfall can be prevented. Any disturbance and damage on the surrounding buildings, drainage facilities and any other facilities should be avoided in the process of construction. The place should be flattened, afforested and re-ploughed after taking (abandoning) soil, to meet the needs of environmental protection and soil conservation.
Chapter 3 The Mobilization Cycle Equipment and Personnel and the Method of Carrying Equipment, Personnel, Materials to the Construction Site
Section 1 The Arrangements, Mobilization Cycle and Disposal Methods for Mechanical Equipment
I. The Arrangements for Mechanical Equipment
(I) Configurations of Major Engineering Mechanical Equipment
Configurations of major equipments are described in the technical proposals “Equipment” of the bidding document.
(Ⅱ) The Configuration of the Major Experiment, Measurement and Quality Examination Equipments
Laboratories at the construction site will be built and the problem of conventional experiment and examination will be solved. The major experiment, measurement and quality examination equipment can be referred to in the technical proposals “Equipment”.
Ⅱ. The mobilization cycle of mechanical equipment
Earthwork machinery, construction machinery and equipment of bridge foundation pile, tunnel construction machinery and equipment, concrete construction equipment should be all ready within 15 days after receiving the letter of acceptance, and the installation and adjustment of which should be finished before the construction is formally started. The precasting of beam and the equipment of beam erecting should be ready in a month before the branch engineering is going into operation, and they should meet the requirements after installation and adjustment. The preparation for construction is 33 days, within which the transfer and maintenance of equipment should be completed, the temporary pavement should be built and other preparatory work should be finished. Test, measurement, quality inspection machines should be transported to the site within 7 days after receiving the letter of acceptance. The site laboratories should be established as soon as possible. The test and measurement should be carried out immediately in advance.
Ⅲ. The Transportation Methods of Equipment
The equipments proposed to be used in this contract section are respectively transported from nearby or Xiangfan, which is the base of the company. Major equipments are mainly transported to Baise station by train, and then to the site by road. The precedi
