1. The Water Used in Construction and in Ordinary Life
(1) The Water Used in Construction
In this constructional area of Contract No.6, there are rivers which run throughout the year and ponds. Thus, it’s very convenient for us to get water for construction. The water should be pumped from the rivers and the ponds to the established saving pools for the construction. The water used in ordinary life can be supplied from the nearby villages. The saving pools especially used for ordinary life should be established. All water quality should be tested before used. Only the water reaches the standards of the water used for construction and in ordinary life can be used.
2. The Electricity Used in Construction
In construction, Negotiations should be made with the electricity department affiliated with the local government to be permitted to install transformers nearby which can transform the high voltage electricity to the one used for construction. The generators should be taken to ensure to constructional work going smoothly in the farming and dry seasons when the electricity is shortly supplied.
(Ⅲ) The Temporary Communication
    The procedure-controlled telephones should be installed at the constructional site. The main constructional staff should be installed with mobile telephones. The network of communication and information should be formed by applying multiple scenarios.
(Ⅳ) The Temporary Houses
    The office of project manager is set up in Tianlin County where the traffic and communication are relatively very convenient.  The vacant civilian houses are rented. The command should be made in the front. If the context permits, each constructional team may also rent the civilian houses. If no such houses are available, the activity houses can be built by planks. The brick mixture framework should be used in building the temporary houses used for canteen, material storehouse and the lab on the construction site. The building of the constructional site should reach the requirements of the procurement document.
