II. Compiling Range
The Longlin to Baise Expressway Contract No.6, namely, the civil works project designing mileage from K93+650～K104+800, including subgrade, culvert, bridge and tunnel works. The current acceptance quality standards promulgated by the Ministry of Communication and the requirements of the owner should be reached. The whole process from the construction to the verification should be completed.
Ⅲ. Compiling Principles.
(I) The construction working period defined by the contract, the specifications and all requirements of the contract should be strictly obeyed. According to the characteristics and the level of importance of this project, the construction should be organized by stages. In the constructing period, the project should be finished as fast as possible.
(II) Based on the reality, technique-advanced, scientific, rational, economical and practical methods should be sought. Under the precondition of ensuring the construction quality, new technique, new craftwork, new construction, new materials and new testing methods should be utilized.
(Ⅲ) The procedure and sequence of the construction should be rationally arranged. It’s essential that overall arrangement should be rational, the pivot construction should be stood out and the construction work should be laid out in all ways. Parallel streamlined construction should be done. The methods of construction should be correctly applied. The construction work should be organized scientifically as so to reach a balanced construction. In order to avoid repeated work, every procedure should be closely connected. Therefore the construction can be built in a continuous, balanced and orderly way.
(IV) The coordination and cooperation of each construction work should be taken into consideration when a construction schedule is made. Meanwhile, the season and climate which may affect the construction should also be fully concerned.
(Ⅴ) Based on the local reality of the construction place, measures should be made according to the local condition. The constructional equipments at hand and the ones in the local should be fully used. All kinds of temporary constructional work should be reduced. The local qualified resources should be fully used. Load and unload of transportation and deposit work should be rationally arranged. The amount of materials which are transferred in transportation should be reduced.
