(I) The Arrangements for the Staff
    For the tight schedule of the project, the staffing considerations are adequate. The total number of personnel in Project Manager Department is 40 and the total number of workers is 2130 in all the construction teams. 2170 people will be in the site under dynamic management.
(Ⅱ) Task Assignment
According to the project characteristics and schedule requirements, the staffing considerations are adequate. Three subgrade construction teams, four bridge and culvert, two pile professional, three beam of professional, three tunnels professional are proposed. The total number in Project Manager Ministry is 40 and 2130 (including management services staff) in the construction team. 2170 people would be in the site, using active management.
