Ⅰ. The Management Agencies of Construction Organization
If we win the bid, we will set up a highly effective “Project Manager Department of Longlin to Baise Expressway Contract No. 6”. The department will take charge of the management of quality, security, progress, costs of business activities, the organization, the coordination and the service. Project Manager Department is established in Tianlin County for forward command.
Ⅱ.The Requirements Mobilization Cycle and Pro-post Training of Personnel
(I) Requirements
Key management and technical personnel should meet quality requirements to fully ensure that the specific needs of the construction project from all aspects of professionalism, experience, work performance and staff amount.
If we win the bid, in order to carry out lifelong liability of quality, we will submit the photocopy of constructors’ identity cards to the employer within 21 days after the beginning of the construction. For special staffs, we will submit professional certification or appointment card issued by the department in charge of professional training.
Use dynamic management of workers, according to the time order to make compile register of responsible person in the work area and the branch projects, submitted the copy to supervision engineer when it is time to the stage acceptance check, make sure the person in charge can be found in any process.
(Ⅱ) Mobilization cycle of personnel
The personnel of the project manager department and the PLA team should enter the construction site within 5 days after receiving the letter of acceptance, and carry out all the advance preparations for the construction.
Within 15 days the construction teams should station in the site, build up the temporary facilities and make sure all of the preparatory work, and to ensure that the start as scheduled after the command of the supervision engineer. The staff in the follow-up team should be in place 10 days before formally started.
(Ⅲ) Pro-post Training
According to the characteristic of the contract, engineering characteristics, our company made the pro-post training program.
