Combined the eternal with the temporary construction facilities, the layout of construction and the choosing of the construction blueprint should be consistent under the premise of meeting the needs of the production and life of construction. All aspects should be concerned so as to make a rational layout.
Based on the construction features and the reality of the fieldwork as well as our company, the general layout should be made according to the principles as follows:
1. Economical Principle. The temporary and the eternal construction should be combined. In certain circumstances, less farmland should be occupied. The facilities which can be improved or renewed by using local facilities should not be rebuilt.
2. Convenient Principle. The convenience of entering and exiting the construction place should be improved, and disturbance of the construction should be lessened. It is advisable to make full use of the local resources, for it is very convenient of contacting.
3. Managing-oriented Principle. The construction should be easily managed. The labor and the construction equipments should be easily allocated. The disturbance of the construction should be easily lessened. The construction should be built in a civilized way.
4. Secure Principle. The transportation security should be ensured. The side effect on the transportation caused by it and other construction project in the same period should be reduced. The construction should be easily done in the monsoon and flood season. The standard working place should be easily built.
